This is an arcade port of Melty Blood. French Bread is working on a PC patch that feels a bit like MBAC, but they said we won't be able to use Aoko or Kouma. I'll update as I get more info!
(Official - from ad) - Newly written storyline by Kinoko - At least 20 characters in all. New characters only in Act Cadenza - New game graphics by Takeuchi - Improved Game system different from Re-ACT. - Confirmed Characters: Sion, Arcueid, Akiha, Kohaku, Ren, Shiki, Mech Hisui, Nero, Sion Tatari, Red Arcueid, Vermillion Akiha, Hisui, Ciel, Nanaya, Miyako, Wallachia., Satsuki, Kouma Kishima, Aoko Aozaki, Hisui & Kohaku - New stage soundtracks by the same person, Raito. - Releases on March 25, 2005 - GD-Rom, 188000 yen~ (approximately $1880)
(unofficial - from players) - Frame skips and freezes mostly fixed - The red portion of the life guage decreases by time. - Each round is 99 seconds long. - Activating heat guage is pressing ABC at once - ABC while getting attacked: circuit spark - Grab is AD + direction - Rapidly press buttons to reduce your damage while getting hit. - New stages are: Tohno Mansion 2, Tohno Mansion Library, Tohno Mansion Secret Laboratory, Abandoned Factory, Great Cats Garden(?) - Dodge is back! - A shield that uses the circuit(?) guage. - You can hold the shield. Weak against grabs - 10 stages, subboss at stage 5, boss at 10 - Low air dash is put out, and back again? - Unique inidividual story for each character - White Ren got new moves

You can do it again up to three times for a combo of punch, punch, kick. @@@@@@@ _ kabutogami@(Helmet God)@ Command: Down Down attack Aura (flame) that rises from body. A is stationary, with B it moves forward @@@@@@@ ³σ@akkai (Pressurized Crush) Command: Quarter circle backward Grab move.
ΖpEβqΣς@dokugaku: enwai kinjyou (Single Horn: Taining Flame Pleasured Purification) Command: Foward, down, diagonal foward attack EX move that you connect after "akkai"
Arc Drive ΖpEθ γ@dokugaku: enbu enjyou (Single Horn: Flame Burst) Command: Half circle fowarda attack Just like Akiha's, grabs up close or fist attack with flame.
Last Arc ι» yama hanketsu (Yama (Death God) Judgement) He jumps back to a corner, and kicks across the screen causing an explosion. It's so fast that once you get it out, you'll hit almost 100%.
*Not sure on how the complicated kanjis are read, my guess. Translation is really lose.

A LOT of Starmine type specials, 6 in all.

Good news that Watanabe is indeed working with Ecole in the final product of Act Cadenza. I must admit that I was geting a bit nervous with all the bad comments about how bad the test one was.

Nice, let's see who makes it to the final version, a wild guess on who might be the new characters?... mmm, maybe Reez Baife(sp?),or Kouma Kishima or.... I don't know. But as EvoSpace said, what are the chances of one of the arcades coming to the USA (and even less of coming to Mexico).

Well, that is all good news. Even if we don't get a chance to play it, that just means Type Moon will get more popular, which means more Type Moon stuff for us later...

Actually, I know for a fact that two of them are Saber and Caster. Saber's mostly melee and Caster's zoning, from the looks of things. They're still trying to get the bugs out, though: For some reason Ciel's aerial qcb + C is an instant KO for Caster. Hm.

If that is true, than that means we might see Rider and/or Archer in there too. If they used Caster, I'd think they'd certainly use Rider.

Not many Tsukihime fans are not very familiar with Fate yet...
I hope those two new characters are Zelretsch and Einnasch... I remember there was Einnasch map.. though I don't know how Einnasch would work. Adn Zelretch would make great parody of Orochi . Maybe it's just me.

Maybe it's like Marth and Roy from Fire Emblem 1-5 and the second GBA FE, respectively.
Most SSBM players had no idea what Fire Emblem was, but then Fire Emblem came about to the US on GBA. Then people were like "oh, so that's where they're from....."
Maybe it's a "familiarization" thing, or a perhaps a cool crossover?
