Okay, I hope nobody feels bad or something about this, but I wanted to be of some service for the community and decided to share a bit of free space and bandwith I had unused (3GB and 30Gb)
Without further ado I introduce the Beast's Lair Storage site

Since we would be making this our official storage place, I would like to suggest some rules...
- Make sure people doesn't upload AMV and Artworks of other people we don't know. I think the point is to share our works we created among ourselves in an organized manner. It will be very disorganized and unethical once you let people upload whatever they find. People might link to a file that has nothing to do with us outside our board, eat our bandiwith, and get all of us in trouble.
- I want to have the section separated by artists. It will help people learn about the artist and cultivate fanhood. I can help identify doujin artists and organizing directories.
Any thoughts? I already see scanlations conflicting rule 1, but it's not as bad... ^^;

I have a interesting idea...
How about instead of uploading all the MAD/AMV, we make a master list?
It will have the following information: - Game (Fate, Tsukihime, etc.) - Title - Author, if known - Song Title & artist, if known - Comments (Such as: this is a Music video of Arcueid, this is a video of Heaven's Feel scenario, etc.) - Recommendation level (so people can only look for recommended ones if they don't have time)
Individual members can update the master list with titles they know of. If people have those information, people can look through youtube, p2p, etc. on their own, without us having to become a "leecher's" board.
Similarly with fanart, we can do a list with the name of fanartist, url of homepage, and other info (4koma, color CG, etc.). We can save bandwith and forward people to the right place at the same time!
Sorry hdkmraf, not trying to waste your space. I'm thinking of a way to do this right! I personally don't have a problem seeing unlicensed manga and doujin scans as long as it's being organized though...

I wonder does this include some of the artwork I drew because I don't have an website as of yet.

Think uploading the board member's fanart and the Type-Moon fanartist list as two separate things. You can be on the list too. For website maybe you can post a link to this board or a thread that you created on this board.

Ok ok, seems like this will work fine. So, let us keep it clean. So far the site will be used to store: -AMV/MAD of our own creation, in its true quality and looking nice (without the limitations of youtube and such) -Translation works, those our dear translator and editors have put an effort into. Nothing raw unless it is really necessary. -Artworks, from our artists of course.
The main idea would be to use it only as a repository of our creations. Now, it seems it will need a front page or something to look nice. I am unsure but we could use something like Coppermine or make our own pages at all. I believe I have access to a MySQL database, just let me ask, we could use it if needed.
Finally, I could act as a admin for this, but anyone wanting to help is welcomed (specially coding a page). Evo-sama is the leader here of course and whatever he says that will be done.

Alright, we have the approval ! Since i was already very busy with my works of the office i will send a PM of the famous list to Evo dono and to you during the week end, Hdkmraf . But about some MAD videos i didn't even know their origins ....
