Bazette shows up at Shirou's place... she already knows Shirou, and the girls are all shocked. The girls are scared of Bazette by the way, because this is their "first meeting", but Bazette knows them all. Bazette's lost her place with the Mage Association, so she asks Shirou about a career change, and tips on getting a new job. (^^;;;) Karen shows up, and she wants the arm that Bazette has, because it's of demonic nature. Bazette says she happens to like the arm, and Karen claims she has the arm Kotomine cut off from Bazette. (ooh) The three main girls leave Shirou, Karen and Bazette alone; the two look at Shirou and notice there's a striking resemblance with Angra Mainyu. They dress him up, and Bazette asks him to say something rude; he does, and the two are surprised. Some more talk, and Bazette asks if she can stay over. Rin says that she can stay over for only one week, one week only! Karen mentions right after that the Church is under renovation (Kotomine's church), not sure how this strikes a surprising response that makes everyone piss their pants, but oh well.

In response to the Neco-Arc thing, "Neco-Arc the Movie" was a huge TYPE-MOON April Fool's joke that became more popular than they originally thought. Nothing really to do with the TYPE-MOON universe at all, except for Neco-Arc itself. Yeah. it was just plain crazy.
Of course, now that the world knows TYPE-MOON has a zany sense of humor, they go and do stuff like this.

Actually I meant Karen... One more thing to add, but the main reason why they didn't feel comfortable around her was because Bazett's old job was to hunt those mages that were designated to be sealed.

Few questions I just have to ask.
1. Why does Archer feel compelled to snipe people. (I thought he got that "kill myself" thing out of his system) 2. Didn't I see Black Saber? What is she up to? 3. Goldy also. With Kotomine dead why is he around? Does Karen get him or something? 4. What is the Lancer+fishing thing?
I can't believe I limited myself to only four. Ah well answer if you feel like it.

1. I don't think anybody knows the real reason. 2. Starred as the Servant of the younger Edelfelt sister in the first Bazett scene. 3. He doesn't need a Master to stick around, but yeah. Karen's his master. 4. He likes to fish.

You see, during Shirou's lifetime, a war involving Japan will break out. Shirou joins the Japanese Self-Defense Force to defend his homeland from invaders. He eventually becomes an elite sniper. And his unit is assigned to defend an evacuation shelter. The war drags on, and some of the enemy's soldiers break through the defense line. The unit Shirou is in gets ambushed and wiped out, save for Shirou. He loses his sniper rifle. Knowing that he must defend those civilians in the shelter, he quickly climbs a tall building and uses his powers to summon a bow, then starts sniping at the enemy infantry using Broken Phantasm. The enemy can't figure out where he is since it's so far away, but Shirou can easily see them. Shirou kills all of the soldiers and the JSDF makes him a hero. Archer is merely reliving that time, though he's obviously lost sight of who his enemy is.
As you can see, I figured out the answer to this question, though I have yet to play the game. Once I do, though, I am 105% sure that my answer will still be correct.

EDIT: It has come to my attention that some people might be treating this as fact. Let me assure you that this is all 100% BULLSHIT from me. Yes. I completely made it up. I had no idea about anything at all at the time, to put it simply, so anything that remotely resembles any sort of obscure TYPE-MOON fact or whatever is completely coincidental. It was all for the sake of humor, and not at all what I really think happened.

I recall Archer was just saying he's firing warning shots to keep people from trying to cross the bridge. But since it happens to be Shirou it doesn't hurt trying to kill him.
Which would seem to imply Archer can't tell that the Shirou in F:HA really isn't himself unless he's got a grudge against Angra.
