The Shirou in F:HA seems like a combination of Fate + Heaven's Feel (well, Black Sakura can't exist without HF). He definitely has memories from Fate.

I haven't played the full game yet so I don't know if you refering to the hanafuda wich was also included in the demo. If so then one of these links may help.

On the topic of which ending from Stay Night does Hollow Ataraxia follows: The closest thing is Rin's Good ending. At least Saber and Lancer's alive in the epilogue, which actually take place. It'll make sense if Lancer somehow survived like his master. I'm pretty sure the other Servants are gone though. Anything can happen during the four days so it's pointless trying to figure out from the facts in HA itself!

I don't think the Eclipse epilogue is meant to be taken seriously though.
Karen shouldn't be able to remember Angra Mainyu and Bazett had only one arm in the epilogue of the main game (the one in Eclipse was the one she made from Angra apparently). Plus, Shirou should have met her before when he came over to her mansion.
