Arcueid is neither Type Moon or Type Earth.

ORT is Type Mercury, which means ORT is the strongest existence in Mercury.

than would ORT be more powerful than Arcueid?

I heard Arcueid is most ACTIVE powerful existence on Earth

I think Nasu-san already talked about it. He said, without concerning about the congeniality between characters, and their special skill or ability, and just talking about the pure power in fighting, Then ORT is the strongest in Tsukihime.

But when ability of character is included, then the situation will be more complex, I guess. for example Shiki. He is human, and when talking about pure "Power", then he will be placed pretty low in the character. But his ability actually made him possible to "Kill" the vampires, who is more powerful than him. And Arc, has Marble Phantasm, which ORT does not have(I think...).

Or mayb He excluded ORT from the ranking on powerful existence in Earth, since he is from Mercury, when he said Arcueid as most powerful existence in Earth.
