Saber says she's been in the fourth war. Now as for the first, second and third wars, the thing is, the game practically says nothing about them. Well, other than the fact that Angra Mainyu was summoned in the third.
And did Shirou kill Dark Saber with Rulebreaker? Kinda forgot the details on that part...

I have a question that relates to vampires.
In Tsukihime, what powers do vampires have, really? Do they have some of them we came to know from folklore (By that, I mean the myths, the movies, Castlevania and so on) like turning into wolves or mist? Do they use hypotism or something similar? What is it that makes the Type-Moon vampires different from regular vampires?

It kinda depends on the vampire, really. Although they do have some things in common (such as being weaker under daylight). Type-Moon's vampires are physically stronger than the average human (as in Satsuki's case), but their supernatural powers are gained through knowledge and experience due to their long lives.
All shinso have Marble Phantasm as an innate ability. though.

Fixed. XD I'm still waiting for a TM work in which Shiki uses a whip to flay a vampire to death, or in which Arcuied teleports and throws fireballs, or in which Satsuki throws a wineglass while asking philisophical rhetorical questions about the nature of man.
I was rather curious about this as well. I knew that every Shinso has Marble Phantasm, but I was under the impression pretty much every vampire had a unique Reality Marble. Is this the case?

From my understanding, a vampire is immortal as long as they have a source of blood to feed on. And that's about it. Not all Shito have Reality Marbles, but all the Twenty-Seven do, just because they have grown to be that powerful.
Like Crimson said, any other powers that they have are skills that they achieved through their own power.

What makes Type-Moon vampries unique from regular vampire is that they all come from different backgrounds. In the big picture, there are: 1. Those who are heritage of the True Ancestors. 2. Those who became a vampire from magical research. 3. Those who are different creatures from the beginning. #1 are generally the typical vampires we know who are almost immortal, drink blood and spawn new vampires, have magical powers beyond human given by the True Ancestor's blood. Some #2 act similar to #1, but some just drink blood for pleasure, they don't necessary spawn other vampires, and has some equally strong magical powers that are unique in its own way. #3 is the kind that drinks blood as their natural instinct. If you take a closer look at the 27 dead apostle ancestor list you'll see what I mean. So in conclusion, some vampires would have some powers similar to the legend, but "vampires" in Type-Moon are a lot more diverse.

That's some nice input of info. Thanks, everyone. Now I won't get as lost about vampires as before.
Ohhh, so you're a Castlevania fan just like me, huh, Cascade?
I wasn't aware that all 27 Dead Apostle Ancestors have their own Reality Marble. RoyalKnight, you just gave me a wonderful idea for my fanfic. I'll make sure you guys get the proper credit after I carry on with my work.

Of course. But I am more predisposed to prefer vampire hunters over vampires. However, Tsukihime is the exception to this.
It would be really funny though. I'm surprised I haven't seen a fanart of Sacchin using the fireballs or teleporting. Akumajou Dracula is such a huge thing among video games that most people would remember it, and besides Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, I think it's one of the first things people would think of when thinking about vampires over there. TM handles the idea differently, but personally often I find myself thinking that Arc or Satsuki would inevitably say "WRYYYYYY!!" or doing CV stuff.

Thanks all, it was very helpful. Most of my questions were answered. One thing though: Has Saber been in many wars before, or was she just in the last one before the actual game, when she watched Kiritsugu destroy the grail?
Saber herself was in the current one and the previous one with Kiritsugu. It was funny when she was describing Kiritsugu. She said something about him doing crazy things like (highlight, might be a spoiler . . . don't know . . .) taking his own wife as hostage againts other masters, blowing buildings up, shooting s**t loads of guns which isn't supposed to be used, and that some Mercedes-Benz(e) came in handy.
