Crimson Moon can incarnate into any shinso in existance, since they're all incomplete copies of him. However he prefers the 'perfect copy' that is Arcueid. While Roa chose to blur his own personality and such by going through multiple incarnations, Crimson Moon wants to become exactly like his original self, to not be 'contaminated' by the world.

Here's a Fate question: Why, in the Fate and UBW routes, does Sakura never go shadow? And why does Zouken never try anything? What would happen to her if she was just left alone?

Probably because it's only in HF that Sakura is close enough to absorb Servants souls for Angra to feed on. I'm guessing Zouken never moved out in Fate or UBW either because Kotomine kept a careful eye on him or because he didn't see the need to move out (Sakura was only meant to be a test-bed for his version of the Einzbern Holy Grail). I think the only thing we can say for sure about Sakura in Fate or UBW is that Shinji won't be raping her anymore....

I blame RK and Cruzz for this question.
RK showed me a doujin page where Saber, Rider and Caster were pregnant. Which led to the question: Can Servants conceive, or help to conceive? I never really got the answer...
Beast's Lair Number 1 Caster fan and uh....Oh look, a pickle.
Not everyone watching porn becomes a sexually-uninhibited, drugged-up, incestuous pedophile murderer who does cats.
legacyZero: Shirou is attracted to Sakura like a drug addict swearing off the existence of crack. He wants her but doesn't act.

I'm going to pull this one out of my ass. Servants are still spirits, even when solidified. It's not like they have real flesh or are actually part of the era they're living in, so I doubt they'd be able to conceive. Saber might be different, but given the complicated time paradox that's she stuck in (if you think about it, it's kind of like Ciel), she probably can't. Servants contaminated by Angra Mainyu....might have a better chance, but I still doubt it.

I'll field this one.
Rin and Sakura were sisters in the Tohsaka family, both with great magical potential. Of course, there can only be one successor, and Rin was chosen as that. The Matou / Makiri family had Shinji, but he wasn't a very powerful or gifted successor. The Matou's therefore wanted a powerful successor to their powers, and since Tohsaka had an extra child to spare and gave Sakura to Matou, where she began learning their sorcery as their successor. I'm pretty sure both Sakura and Shinji (and I guess Rin, too) were probably old enough to remember that event.

Most likely they remember, since the ribbon that Sakura has was what Rin gave her. When Shirou saw the picture of Rin when she was a child, he asked what happend to the ribbon she has on then. Rin said that it was the first pair of ribbon she made by herself and was important, but gave it to someone (which is Sakura).
By the way, the reason they don't look like each other because of Zouken doing a lot of things to her caused her hair color and eye color changing.

IIRC, Sakura was 5 when she was passed over to the Matou family. Shinji had NO magical gifts at all, so it was either let the Makkiri line die out or find a replacement. Incidentally, this is the reason that Shinji started abusing Sakura - He found out that she was there to replace him (it only took him 7 or 8 years to figure it out). It's also why he's obsessed with Rin.

In UBW, it's implied that Gilgamesh killed Zouken, or at least cleared out his lair and severely weakened him. As for Fate, I think Zouken was just ignored because it would've been too complicated to insert him in the introductory scenario. Of course "Writer's Whim" does not a good reason for the rest of us make, so maybe, um,... Sakura just wasn't emotionally invovled in the Grail War enough to let the Shadow begin to consume her? After all, it was her fear and guilt that finally tipped the balance after she killed Shinji, but there was nothing like that during Fate.

To give Shinji some credit, after being exposed to the shadow as part of the Grail in UBW, he does recover his sanity and turn back into the nice guy that Shirou used to know. The epilogue rather clearly states that he and Sakura are back to being friendly siblings again.

When exactly was Shinji contaminated? My impression was he'd been a jerk for quite a while.
Evaron
Depends on how people see it, but he was a jerk from the begenning. But when I saw the scene of how they met, I actually thought that they were a pretty good combination. Anyway, if your talking about contamination, he was only contaminated towards the end of UBW. Gilgamesh pulled out Iriya's heart and implanted it on Shinji, making him the new Holy Grail. In Fate and HF, he gets killed.

Shinji became the Holy Grail? Shinji + Holy Grail = Unholy Grail
Gilgamesh: *sigh* What to do, need to give some important role for an insignificant peasant for the fun of it. Ilya: Gil-oniichan! Berserker wants to play with you Gilgamesh: O-no you don't you big unclean beast! *Gil becomes a metalic gold ball (Samus Aran-style) and rolls lightning fast out to the horizon*
