Archer and Rin is by fair the most popular pairing and Fate's characters tend to come in pairs.
A random Chinese poll on favorite endings, adding 2 endings for UBW/HF path:

Yeah, I know, no disputing that. I just find it odd they don't have a female lead, popular or not. If Karen is in fact Ilya or some other character's future version the burn will be even worse.

You'll probably just end up seeing Sakura everywhere to compensate, seeing as this definitely looks like it follows from the Heaven's Feel route.
I have a feeling that the game might be a bit unbalanced, in the sense that it might favor some characters over some equally popular other ones.
