Is it me or it's not as fun as the first one? Maybe I'm just not used to the new controls yet.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about, there's a new expansion/remake to Melty Blood, the Tsukihime fighting game.

run the mbp.exe to play. Gamepad recommended, but if you don't have one, the keyboard controls are
N: weak attack, confirm
M: middle attack, cancel
Comma: strong attack
period: shield
+Diagonal buttons
If you see how the characters move, you'll easily see why a lot of the old fans didn't like the tsukihime anime ^^;

Hmm the watanabe site has little info on the Re-act game...
Is there going to be a full commercial version of the game?

I thought it looked pretty decent on download. I saw the trailer for it too. Very interested in the extra characters that showed up. Even if one of them is from a game I haven't played.

I've played Re-act a little, and it's a great game. I hope that the complete version to be better than the first game. No problem with the controls at all, and the combos really rocks. Especially Ciel(42 hits!), and her blood heat is pretty cool! But I really missed the voices...

Its just a trial version, I don't think they'll spend money to hire seiyuus to voice just the trial.... Most likely the full version next year should have voice

I don't care about the size of the download... I can't play in my poor PC anyway 
I agree about the seiyuu's money. But That don't change the fact that I only missed the voices...
I was praising the game, of course the voices will be in the final version, so the game will be even better.
I hope that the decrease of damage in big combos to be a little smaller... with the heat bar, some combos make the life bar of my opponent increase

Of course you bastard! It's my PC that you use to play anyway! 
By the way, I made a 999 hits combo with Ciel! How? You ask. Actually it's very simple! It's a bug!
You only have to do Ciel's qcf + middle attack move with the opponent in the corner and after that ff or bb and wait until Ciel get very close to the opponent, and then, you only have to press middle attack and she will do that grab move, but the opponent won't get any damage and will get "inside" Ciel. Now you can hit the opponent how much you desire! and will not count like a combo... So you can do ciel weak attack several times and she will not do the chain move where she do a super punch. So: Weak, Waek, Weak, Weak.....etc

(Internal joke, Gellenole's my friend's character from Everquest, and a ranger who has a tracking ability shouldn't get lost)
